It’s a fake Pokemon game that was released long before the official DS version. This one has nothing to do with Game Freak or Nintendo, just some third party developer trying to fool people into thinking it’s the real deal.

it’s not a hacked version of pokemon diamond, it’s a bootlegged version of pokemon that came out years before the real diamond version did. i remember seeing this in 2001, my friend had it. there was another similar one too, but i don’t remember what it was called.
